The Buffet...

I walked into the kitchen and busted out laughing. Why? Rick set up food and water for the BoBo while we are on vacation, but it looks more like a buffet at a swimming pool. Two of BoBo would fit into this water bowl. I am sure he will be inviting his friends over for a pool party.

So You Think You Can Dance!

I enjoy watching So You Think You Can Dance. My two favorite performances are from two separate seasons. The performance below is from season 4 with Courtney and Mark dancing to "The Garden".

My second favorite is from Season 7 with Lauren and Twitch dancing to "My Chick Bad," which is why I can't get the song out of my head. The only video I could find of this dance had all the extras included before the actual dance.

The BoBo...

I was going through some pictures and found these of Bones, a.k.a. BoBo. He is the youngest kitty in our house. BoBo has Short Man Syndrome, but can also be the sweetest kitty when it is on his terms.

Luna Moth

I went to run errands on Friday and found a little friend on my Highlander...a Luna Moth!

Isn't it beautiful?! I thought about the Eric Carle book "The Very Quiet Cricket" because there is a luna moth in the book. Every time we read the book with G I wonder what a luna moth looks like in person, and now I know. By the way, Eric Carle's books are wonderful for kids if you do not have any of them.

Princess Tea Party

The Princess Tea Party was a hit with Princess G and her Princess friends. Thankfully the A/C was working again. Below are a few pics of the party:

The Princesses

Lunching on PB&J's in the shapes of butterflies, hearts,
flowers and stars, grapes, cheese, and pretzels with pink lemonade.

The centerpiece is made up of marbles my Dad had as a kid,
pinwheels, and three different kinds of lollipops. I sent the candy
home with the little Princesses. Sorry moms and dads!

The princesses helping G open gifts.

Barbie dolls from Mr. Tony's collection (inside joke).
Little Faith helping G.

More goodies!

My new neighbor. He is soooo sweet!!
