These are pics from the 2nd round of the WNCAA tournament. The Lady Terps played the University of Nebraska, who they beat 76-64 on Tuesday, March 25th. The first round of the tournament was on Easter Sunday. Yes, we went to church and then to the games! But, we had Easter dinner at the original Ledo's between the afternoon and evening games. Yummy!!

Cheerleader Georgia!
The Garner family has attended the University of Maryland Lady Terps games for the last two seasons. This year we went to the 1st and 2nd round of the Women's NCAA tournament. G saw lots of cheerleaders and tried out her own moves! ;-O

Boomin' Beyond Measure
Finally, I am posting some pics from the Toby Mac concert. It was awesome, and G did very well! Of course we had something to cover her ears, which helped her to go to sleep on my lap towards the end of the concert.

Plenty of Time on the Road...
Georgia and I spend lots of time on the road going to work/school and then home each day. On some days, it's a lot of time sitting in traffic. The pictures below are from one of the "sitting in traffic days". We got bored, so I got the camera out to take pictures as G made different faces, etc...

Toby Mac
The Garners are heading to Fairfax, Virginia tomorrow night to see Toby Mac's Boomin' Beyond Measure concert at George Mason University's Patriot Center. I cannot wait!! We are taking G because my parents are out of town...so this ought to be interesting. She loves his CDs, especially the TruDog tracks. I will defintely let you know how it goes. But I know Toby Mac will ROCK!!!

Boo & G
This is Boo a.k.a. Kaleb Russell, who now lives in Alabama. His dad was the Youth Minister at our former church in MD, and they lived across the parking lot before moving. G just started calling him Boo one day, and we have no idea why! She misses Boo and occasionally asks to see him. We went for a bike ride last night, and she wanted to stop and knock on his door to see if he could come out and play. How sweet!! ;-)

Daddy & Me
This is one of my favorite pics of Rick & G. It was taken in our MD kitchen in March 2007. The kitchen has already changed. The white dishwasher, cream microwave behind Rick, and the oven hood are all now stainless. The oven hood was replaced this weekend. Thanks Rick!! The counters and floor are next. There is also the shortest fridge I have ever seen in a house to the right of the stove. I can't wait to replace it too! It's short and white just like me!! ;-O

No Gee and No Easter Bunny
Georgia, my mom, and I went to the outlet mall near our house this past Saturday. One of the things I love about this place...TONS of Outlet Malls. We parked outside the Bass Pro Shop to go in. On our way through the Bass Pro Shop we saw a goose decoy or gee as G calls them. My child screamed bloody murder. Later in the mall, the Easter bunny was walking towards us, and G screamed bloody murder. She had to bury her head into me to get past him. Do you know the bloody murder scream? The one where everyone turns around to stare like you are in the middle of a Psycho shower scene. It was an interesting day of shopping with my hard headed, very choleric child, whom I love!! ;-)

Aunt E (Katie) and Georgia
Gatlinburg, TN
I love this picture. It is one of my favorites from our trip to Gatlinburg, TN. My other favorite we used as our Christmas card for 2007. I will have to post it later. I am trying to put things like this on my blog to help me keep up with my growing girl. She'll be in college before I know it. ;-O
